Client: P&A Property Sourcing

Problem: P&A needed an effective email sequence to nurture leads gained through paid ads, and convince them to take action – in this case, contacting P&A to discover the property investment deals suited to their circumstances.

My solution: Property investment is a high value product, so I use the opening email of the sequence to gain a reader’s trust, using storytelling techniques to introduce them to P&A’s founders, and align the reader’s dreams and goals with Peter and Anita’s successful journey in property investment. 

In the second email of this three-part sequence, I create further desire in the reader, by clearly communicating to them the benefits of investing with P&A – hooking them in with the appeal of making an extra £1,000 a month. 

The biggest point of friction for a reader – the time and effort required of them to make this kind of money – is removed, and P&A is positioned as the solution to this problem. 

The final email in this sequence generates urgency in the reader with compelling, persuasive language motivating them to take action.

My additional calls to action towards the end of the email retain anyone who is still unsure, by offering them a more low-commitment route to conversion, via a call or Whatsapp enquiry.
